I am hiring skilled actors for a personal project, an independent film titled “Frenzied,” a horror movie about a group of friends at a party which takes a terrifying and violent turn. I need twenty actors, preferably those in their late teens to early twenties, with the ability to convey high emotion and work mainly in the afternoon and night, sometimes handling the camera themselves. The project involves two major scenes, a backyard party scene and a climatic bonfire scene where actors will be tasked to act out extreme scenarios including simulated violence and gore.

The filming will take place in Brisbane, Australia and require the chosen freelancers on-location for the entirety of the project. The project doesn’t have set deadlines at this point, with the priority being proper organization and ensuring the shooting process unfolds as intended. Experience in filmmaking isn’t vital as this project leans more into raw expression, visceral storytelling, and long shots. The pay scale levels will be set according to experience, ranging from junior to senior.
