Job Description

This is a 12-month maximum term full-time opportunity for an Instructional Designer at the City of Stirling. The role involves designing and developing learning materials and programs to support the implementation of ERP technology projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, creating engaging learning materials, developing assessment tools, facilitating training sessions, and staying current with industry trends.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field and previous experience in instructional design, preferably within the government or public sector. Proficiency with ERP systems, knowledge of instructional design models, e-learning tools, and adult learning principles are required. Excellent communication, time management, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
