Job Description:
The Job Developer for the Washington, DC Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Workforce Development program will work on customer placement, explain financial benefits to employers, match jobs, and maintain relationships with organizations. The role involves achieving monthly job placement goals, conducting cold calls to identify hiring businesses, creating recruitment strategies, developing relationships with TANF customers, and working closely with case managers.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Experience: Minimum of three years in job development and placement activities. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
