Job Description

ECG is seeking a digital marketing manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement. The role requires strategic thinking and a deep understanding of online tactics, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing trends.

The responsibilities include overseeing website strategy, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing website analytics, ensuring marketing effectiveness, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, advertising, business, or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in digital, social, and web marketing
• B2B marketing background
• Experience in marketing automation, data analytics, digital tools, and project management tools
• Experience leading engagements with marketing agencies
• Proficient in CMS, Google Analytics, Marketo, Dynamics, RoboHead, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel domestically (10-20%) for internal meetings
