Job Description
Different Duck Films LLC is in search of a DP who could also fulfill the role of a Gaffer on set. The ideal candidate would be a multi-hyphenate filmmaker with experience in editing, post-production, color correction, and sound design. They will partner with a producer/writer/director on narrative feature films and documentaries.
Requirements
- Experience in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop preferred
- Ability to work in Los Angeles, CA
- Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles, CA if not currently based there
Additional Information
The role is freelance with a pay range of $20.00 to $50.00 per hour. Solo candidates, film graduates, and small teams are welcome to apply. Some projects may offer additional Producer credit along with competitive contracted pay.
Candidates should have a creative vision, leadership skills on set, and be prepared to work technically and creatively. Flexibility in schedule and ability to travel upon request are highly beneficial.
Work location will be in person.
