Job Description
The UX/UI designer is responsible for creating visual elements such as logos, graphics, layouts, and navigation systems. Tasks include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, conducting user research and testing, translating product requirements into web applications, providing design recommendations for HTML and CSS, monitoring web traffic, optimizing page performance, planning and executing usability tests, providing actionable design recommendations, and facilitating workshops and design sprints.
Requirements
The UX/UI designer should be able to work with and provide web developers with cross-browser-compliant HTML, CSS code, translate product requirements into web applications, provide technical design recommendations for HTML and CSS-based web applications, monitor web traffic and optimize page performance, plan and execute usability tests, provide actionable design recommendations, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, demonstrate proficiency in web development best practices, work with image authoring tools, and facilitate workshops and design sprints.
