Contract: Part-time

Job Description

Seeking a highly creative art designer to help conceptualize and visualize a variety of projects, develop and illustrate concepts, create new characters, media content and promotional assets as well as adapt pre-existing and/or licensed assets using a variety of media formats (print and digital).

The preferred candidate will collaborate in a dynamic environment, leveraging creative design skills to illustrate and detail concepts for the retail environment.

Key responsibilities include working on character designs, building sketches, thematic areas, preparing drawings using design software, creating theme-based characters and storylines, creating motion graphics, and assisting in client presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong sketching and freehand drawing skills
  • Experience with Adobe & SketchUp
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe creative suite products
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to meet fast-paced demands
  • Highly talented in art, Graphic Design, or related field with 3 or more years of relevant experience
