Location: Philadelphia, PA

Contract: Full-time

Job Description:

• Support senior manager in setting up new channels and publishing content
• Scout for content creators and influencers to build brand loyalty
• Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and creators for content creation
• Utilize social media tools to track trends and develop trendsetting content
• Manage community interactions and respond to fans
• Organize social media calendars and brand assets
• Promote new products across various networks
• Assist in creating content for social media as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of marketing or social media experience, preferably in retail
• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and Gen-Z behavior
• Experience in creating content for social media is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
