Job Description

Fidelity TalentSource is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Health Care Technology Group (HCG) in Westlake, TX. The team supports the recordkeeping and administration of Health Benefits for Fidelity’s corporate clients and their employees. The role involves working on project development policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the development process using Agile Methodology.

Requirements

Requirements for this role include:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle, PL/SQL
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of Oracle performance tuning and optimization
  • Ability to independently code advanced programs
  • Understanding of tools like TOAD, SQL Developer
  • Knowledge of basic commands and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Exposure to Cloud and ALM tools
  • Knowledge of the UNIX Environment
  • Inquisitive analytical skills
