Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to help develop products and services for our E-commerce client’s business offerings. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, as well as executive leaders, to enhance the e-procurement experience for millions of global business customers.
You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions, implementing a human-centered design process, and ensuring accessibility for all users.
Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and data insights into design solutions
- Maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications
- Present design solutions to leadership and perform post-launch metrics analysis for optimization
Requirements:
- 8+ years of design experience
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or InVision
