Job Description
Supply Wisdom is seeking an API Web Services Developer freelancer for a remote position based in India. The company’s patented solution leverages AI, Machine Learning, and data science to deliver real-time early-warning risk intelligence to secure supply chains.
The ideal candidate will have extensive development experience with Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and other API technologies. Additionally, they should be proficient in installation, configuration, platform operations, and troubleshooting of API products. Experience in API design, BaaS, Advanced proxies, Analytics, Developer Portal, and creating RESTful API patterns is also required.
Key Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and developing programs for Web and Rich Internet Applications, supporting applications, assessing software application health, and performance, establishing relationships with stakeholders, defining specifications, and identifying process improvement areas.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a computing environment with multiple programming languages.
• Proficiency with Django, Python, NodeJS.
• Experience with design and development of REST API platforms using Apigee/APIM.
• Experience with Security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OATH2).
• Proficient in SQL and Stored Procedures such as MongoDB, Postgres.
• Experience with Unix, Linux Operating Systems.
• Experience with Scrum and other Agile processes.
• Knowledge of Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins.
• Experience in creating REST API documentation using Swagger and YAML or similar tools.
• Experience with Integration frameworks (e.g., Mule, Camel) desirable.
