Job Description

The Instructional Designer will partner with Patient Operations leadership to create and provide effective, efficient, and relevant learning content used to educate cross-functional global partners. Responsibilities include developing eLearnings, documents, materials library, OJTs, and curriculum as assigned. The role also involves leading and owning multiple actions for projects.

Requirements

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Education, or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of learning and development experience. Ideal candidates will have expertise in adult learning principles, experience in building content and leading training sessions in various locations including remote virtual environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet is required, as well as experience with training software like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia. Preferably, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a regulated environment and familiarity with Quality Document Management Systems and Learning Management Systems.

• Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
