Compoze Labs is seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design process, develop innovative solutions, and ensure high-quality user experiences for clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and potentially mentoring junior designers to drive design vision forward.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design in a service-based industry
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to apply design techniques across various digital platforms (web, mobile)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Headquarters in downtown Minneapolis with a hybrid remote work environment
- Full-time or contract position with a compensation starting at $90,000 per year
