Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager at Milk and Honey Group, your responsibilities include creating engaging content for various social media platforms, managing day-to-day activities on social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize brand awareness and increase organic social growth. You will collaborate with the team to develop compelling content and ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the interior design industry
- Experience in graphic design and Canva platform
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and Meta ad manager
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience in organic growth on social platforms for brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Other Information:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 per week
Benefits: Flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 2 years in marketing (Preferred)
Location: Hybrid remote in Cambridge, MA 02138; ability to commute and relocate before starting work is required
