Job Description

The Marketing & Design Assistant will support the marketing and design teams in organizing and executing marketing initiatives and design projects. They will create marketing elements, execute campaigns, and design research reports, presentations, and skills development materials.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

- Marketing Degree essential

- 1-2 years marketing experience advantageous

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with expert knowledge of PowerPoint is essential

- Experience with Adobe products like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign advantageous

Skills, Abilities, Competencies:

- Sound knowledge of marketing principles

- Proficiency in digital marketing with strong knowledge of the LinkedIn platform

- Strong project management and time management skills

- Experience in social media management

- Design skills in marketing and sales collateral

- Excellent presentation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills with a high EQ

- Ability to innovate and think creatively

- Deadline-oriented and ability to prioritize workload

- Ability to take constructive criticism and solve problems

Key Responsibilities

Brand, Product Marketing and PR

- Execute marketing and PR campaigns

- Create marketing collateral such as banners, brochures, etc.

- Develop the Ti Sales Toolkit and manage sales elements

- Set-up tracking systems for marketing campaigns

- Conduct and analyze research to support marketing material

Digital Marketing

- Execute digital marketing efforts including social media and email marketing

- Execute lead generation initiatives

- Upload content on Ti Social Media Platforms

Product, Presentation and Marketing Collateral Design

- Create design layouts for various materials

- Manage Ti image library and select images for publications

- Develop content for the Ti website and social media ads

Administration and Support

- Co-ordinate requests from stakeholders

- Provide support for events

- Update and maintain the Ti Master Database

- Support market research and competitive analysis

- Ensure understanding of the CRM system functionality
