Job Description

As a Graphic Designer, you will be essential to furthering our mission by utilizing your strong background in graphic design to support various marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both creative and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing initiatives.

• Create and edit visual content for various marketing channels using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Develop and implement social media strategies, create and schedule posts, and engage with the online community.
• Design and distribute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches).
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, and maintain marketing campaign files and documents.
• Ensure project deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager and other team members to keep everyone informed and aligned.
• Liaise with graphic designers, writers, and team members to produce various collateral.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the marketing team.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and online design platforms like Canva.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, specifically Mailchimp.
• Experience in planning and coordinating events.
• Proficiency in software and online platforms such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Dropbox, WordPress, Shopify, CRM systems, and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
