Job Description
Work with engineering team to ensure design concepts are feasible and consistent with prototypes. Contribute to Toyota Design System for future mobile application development. Provide updates to management about project status and customer feedback integration. Analyze user testing data, make product changes, ensure UX meets customer expectations, and align outputs with product launches.
Requirements
4-5+ years of design experience in technical product/mobile application environment. Experience leading projects independently. Proficiency in end-to-end digital solutions, design thinking, and design systems at scale. Skills in mentoring, leading design meetings, and collaborating with product teams. Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools. Experience with B-to-C product launches and cross-platform design. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and creative problem-solving skills.
Additional Information
- Experience in development (HTML/CSS/JS, Swift, Android, Flutter)
- Experience with user-centered design process from concept development to launch
- Co-op experience or internship in a similar role
