Job Description
This professional position involves providing musical accompaniment for rehearsals, performances, and events in the School of Music. The role includes collaborating with students and faculty and serving as a collaborative pianist for various activities within the school.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in collaborative piano, piano performance, or related field.
- Three years of related experience, with experience accompanying vocalists, instrumentalists, and choirs.
- Technical and musical mastery of the keyboard.
- Strong sight-reading skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse musicians.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to operate a personal computer and understand application software and the internet.
- Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends as required.
- Doctorate in collaborative piano or piano performance is preferred.
