Job Description

This temporary part-time Senior Graphic Designer is a flexible, collaborative, skilled professional with nonprofit experience who creates on brand, compelling graphic designs to mobilize and grow OneChild’s global community.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Brand and Communications Team and stakeholders to fulfill project requests for design work.
• Produces excellent designs that are on brand and meet teams’ expectations.
• Understands the production process and can complete quality work on time from concept through delivery.
• Produces designs for social media, print, and digital campaigns, including email.

Education/Experience

• Education: BA Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: Portfolio demonstrating excellent design work.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic and web design preferred.
• Working knowledge of marketing best practices.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, Mailchimp, and/or other email and digital marketing tools preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management tools and ability to work within them.

Working Environment/Physical Requirements

This position is eligible for remote work, provided the individual is available for all scheduled meetings and collaborative activities across the organization. The nature of this position involves extended periods of keyboarding, desk work, and variable sitting and standing to perform the essential functions of this position.

Salary

$29 - $31 per hour
