Job Description

The Part-time Zoom Ballet Pianist will be responsible for accompanying ballet classes on Zoom. This includes playing suitable repertoire for class exercises, preparing music as requested, and selecting repertoire for class.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience accompanying ballet classes, a strong knowledge of classical ballet repertoire, expertise in ballet terminology, and quality of movement. They should have the ability to establish effective relationships, work well in a team, and consistently offer appropriate music for ballet exercises. Additionally, they must be punctual, prepared for daily class, and have access to a dedicated space with an electronic keyboard and required software to share sound via Zoom.
