Job Description:

Stefanini Group is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Global Data Insight & Analytics organization based in Dearborn, MI. The focus will be on building and advancing the strategy for the internal Data Science / AI/ML platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, engineers, business partners, and designing and releasing early-stage products. The position also entails working on the Mach1ML platform to democratize Machine Learning across the enterprise.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer in Python
• 2+ years in Cloud Engineering/Services
• Experience in ML workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Kubeflow
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Python, C/C++
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins/Tekton, cloud services (preferably GCP), container management solutions (Kubernetes, Docker), scripting languages, and Infrastructure as code
