Job Description
Velir, a mid-sized agency with a diverse portfolio, is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to lead collaborative, multidisciplinary teams in designing user-centered websites. The role involves facilitating client discussions, conducting research, articulating digital solutions, and providing design recommendations.
Requirements
- 6+ years in user experience or UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio of client work or case studies
- Experience creating UX deliverables and working with CMS platforms
- Familiarity with design systems, front-end development, and accessible design
- Ability to work independently, within teams, and address complex problems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Compensation Range: $90-$100 hourly, up to 30 hours a week
