Job Description:

• Lead workshops and collaborative client discussions to understand audience needs.
• Conduct usability testing and create design artifacts like audience journey maps.
• Develop wireframes, clickable prototypes, and contribute to the design system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content strategists and analysts.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of user experience or UX/UI design, with agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing client work or case studies.
• Skilled in creating UX deliverables, working with CMS platforms, facilitating workshops, and presenting to clients.
• Familiarity with design systems, accessible design, and front-end development.
• Ability to work independently, within teams, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively.

Other Information:

• Compensation Range: $90-$100 hourly, up to 30 hours a week.
