Job Description
A large retail client is looking for world class UX Designers in their People Design organization supporting 2M+ employees. As a part of this team, you’ll design digital software products that deliver exceptional experiences for internal associates.
Requirements
• Relocation to Bentonville, AR upon full-time conversion is required (Duration: 6-month contract to hire)
• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer for digital software products
• Strong experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps
• Consumer-grade UX experience
• Interaction ID Design experience
• Experience maintaining feature parity across web and mobile
• Experience building a design system or overhauling a design system
• Figma experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Conversational AI experience
• Strong mobile experience
Additional Information
Relocation to Bentonville, AR is required for this role after the 6-month contract period.
