Job Description

Nest Property Marketing is seeking a talented freelance photographer and videographer to create high-quality content for digital platforms, focusing on property capture and cinematic brand/hero films. Responsibilities include editing photos/videos using Adobe Creative Suite, managing digital files, sketching floorplans, and providing shoot organization support to the client handling team. The role involves capturing commercial/residential properties with own equipment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have extensive photography and videography experience, with a preference for property capture experience and creating cinematic brand/hero films. Proficiency in Adobe Suite for asset creation and video/image post-production, as well as Adobe Premiere for editing, is required. Candidates should have industry experience in creating social content, videography, photography, or equivalent creative/graphic design fields. Strong time-management and organizational skills are essential, and having a drone license or experience, as well as a full UK driving license, is desired. Prior experience of 2 years in both photography and videography is required.

Additional Information

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £30.00-£100.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
