Job Description

Fidelity Investments is seeking a UX Designer to join the Digital Workplace Experience Chapter Area in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing digital experiences for employees, collaborating with designers and user researchers, and contributing to interdisciplinary squads.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of UX or related experience
• Degree in a field related to design
• Experience in agile teams and evidence-focused design decisions
• Digital portfolio for review
• Various design skills including visual, information architecture, user research, etc.
• Effective communication skills
• Foundation of development knowledge
• Understanding of design systems and user problems
• Data-driven design decisions based on feedback
