Engagement photography- candid

Photographer is needed in Italy.

I am looking to hire a mid-level candid photographer for a personal project. The task involves capturing a momentous event on a sunset cruise in Serano, Italy where I am planning to propose. This is a single job that would require the photographer to be physically present on the boat for a few hours, to document not the posed but real, candid moments of the occasion. The set budget for this project is $200.
