Job Description
- Assist the Alumni Relations team in launching the Alumni Community Platform.
- Collate content and graphics for uploading to the community platform.
- Coordinate with colleagues across departments to compile and upload information to the platform.
Job Requirements
- Background in content management and uploading content using platforms like WordPress, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe.
- Ability to propose new ideas for the platform and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Diploma and above qualification.
Working Hours
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
- 5-day work week.
Other Information
- SINGAPOREANS/ PRs ONLY.
- Hourly rate: $13.00 per hour.
- Commitment Period: 15 July to 31 Dec 2024, with a possibility of extension.
- Location: Clementi Road.
- Training will be provided for the new community platform.
