Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Crowd Cow, you will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for the direct-to-consumer experience. This includes the online store, subscription products, and key roadmap initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the next generation of Crowd Cow customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer in web-based software
• Experience collaborating with development managers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficient in creating prototypes and wireframes using design tools like Figma
• Ability to acquire and synthesize user data to drive design decisions
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused digital design
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Preferred: Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with mobile e-commerce products, and the ability to adapt designs to multiple platforms

Additional Information

• This is a remote 1099 Contractor position requiring availability to work a few hours each day overlapping with Pacific Time
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong bias for action, ability to work independently, and excel in a startup environment
