Job Description

The graphic design position entails designing, typesetting, and laying out art using Adobe Suite applications like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premier. The role includes creating designs for various formats, such as laser engraving, large format, print, packaging, photo/video, and digital. Responsibilities span the entire design process, from conceptualizing based on a design brief to interacting with departments, the creative director, and other designers for feedback and revisions, and producing production-ready art files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Task Requirements:
• Professional appearance and character.
• 5+ years of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience.
• High-level attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and open to asking questions.
• Effective communication among departments.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, multitask, and delegate.
• Work efficiently under deadlines.
• Dependable transportation.
• Experience with project management tools like ASANA is a plus.
• Other general office duties.
• Hiring Criteria:

• Desire to enhance design skills and learn from senior designers.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 1 year of graphic design required.
• 1 year of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• 1 year of Adobe Illustrator preferred.
• Skills:
• 1+ years of HTML/CSS experience preferred.
• 1+ years of video/photography preferred.
• 1+ years of social media experience preferred.
