Job Description

The Freelance Creative Producer will manage the planning and logistics of photo shoot and video content productions ranging from small to large production budgets. They will work closely with the project manager and creative team, act as the main point of contact with external production vendors, scout talent, negotiate production estimates and fees, ensure all necessary agreements and documents are in place, manage post-production, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

- 8 years of relevant video and photoshoot production experience

- Good people skills and ability to collaborate with a variety of team members

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern project management tools

- Experience in managing risks and stakeholders

- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

- Solutions-oriented approach and willingness to give and receive feedback

- Fluent in English, both verbally and written

Additional Information

- The role is to start ASAP

- Hybrid working model with remote start transitioning to on-site in Amsterdam

- Hourly rate of approximately €65
