Job Description

Hero Journey Club is seeking a part-time (10-15 hrs/week) Senior Social Media Manager to guide the strategic direction of the brand presence across all social media channels. This role involves managing external presence on social media, creating engaging content, identifying organic marketing partnerships, and handling customer interactions. The successful candidate will have autonomy in their role, working on rebranding efforts and contributing to the growth of the program.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 3-5 years of social media management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related field, professional certification in Google Analytics, proficiency in multi-social posting programs, experience in determining target audiences and creating tailored marketing campaigns, and a strong understanding of marketing strategy. The candidate must have the right to work in the US.
