Job Description

The Product Designer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, creating user flows, designing interactive prototypes, developing design patterns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading workshops, analyzing failures, and identifying opportunities for improvement within existing services. They will also champion Human Centered Design across the organization.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or equivalent roles

- Proficiency in sketching, wireframing, prototyping, sitemapping, data visualization, workshop facilitation, visual user interface design, user flows, experience mapping, research, user testing, experience strategy

- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative research

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of Information Architecture, taxonomy, language, and content matrixes

- Design-related degree or relevant experience in designing products and services

- Experience with front-end technology integration

- Strong presentation skills and ability to translate concepts into compelling written presentations
