Job Description

Our product line designers oversee a portfolio of product teams, applying a design thinking mindset, user research skills, and business strategy aligning teams around a human-centric roadmap. They collaborate with various stakeholders and fellow designers, facilitating design thinking sessions and leading generative user research.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead design thinking sessions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Conduct user research and transform it into assets like affinity walls, journey maps, and personas
• Work collaboratively with business partners, product managers, and developers
• Mentor and provide leadership to fellow designers and team members
• Evangelize UX within the team and across the department

Requirements

• User Research, Wireframing/Mockups, Prototyping, Usability Testing, Task Flow, Information Architecture, Peer Leadership, Team Collaboration, Project Management skills
• 3+ years of experience in UX or product management
• 2+ years of experience in user research and design thinking facilitation

Experience Preferred

• Passion for skill growth, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing
• Strong leadership skills, research abilities, and diverse experience are advantageous
• 3+ years of relevant product management experience
• Ability to build trust with team members and senior leaders
• Experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• Proficiency in tools like InVision, Sketch, Excel, and Word

Education

Required: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human-computer interaction, human factors, psychology, communications, or equivalent
