Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience as a UX researcher. They should possess a strong understanding of UI design and be proficient in creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or equivalent. Other responsibilities include creating user personas and user journey maps, empathy mapping development, leading user workshops, generating insights from data, and conducting usability testing.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of UX research experience.
- Strong understanding of UI Design.
- Experience in creating wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in creating user personas and user journey maps.
- Ability to develop empathy mapping.
- Experience in leading user workshops and facilitating sessions.
- Ability to generate insights from data and effectively share research results.
- Proficiency in planning and conducting usability testing.

Job Type: Contract
