We are Arcam, a company involved in program making. Our current project is a short film for which we are seeking an entry-level filmmaker. The job will run for a period longer than a week and part of the project requires the expert to be on location in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver the project by November. We are currently in the planning and research phase, looking to receive offers that fit within our budget.
