Photographer is needed in Netherlands.

We are looking for a mid-level industry photographer for a graduation ceremony project in The Hague, Netherlands. The requirement is for a few hours to capture ceremony pics. It is important for the expert to be present at the location throughout the entire project. We plan to set a project budget of $300.
