Job Description:

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the wider marketing team to develop creative, impactful, and effective work. This is a fixed term contract role due to maternity leave cover with a likely duration of up to 15 months. Your work location will primarily be our head office in Swindon, with flexibility for remote work. You will also work at National Trust locations for 40-60% of your working week.

Reporting to the Senior Designer, you will create engaging multi-channel campaigns for various business areas within the organization, collaborating with different teams and following brand identity guidelines. You will work on projects including creative campaigns, illustration, motion, digital, and print design, ensuring a professional creative response on all projects.

Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for someone who is fearlessly creative with proven technical design skills for marketing campaigns. You should have experience in the creative process from briefing to delivery, a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work collaboratively. Ideally, you have experience in presenting creative solutions to stakeholders, knowledge of not-for-profit marketing practices, and working to brand visual identity guidelines. A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent practical experience is required.
