Job Description

This role is for a Senior UX/UI designer within the UX Product Supply team at Novo Nordisk. The designer will work with product teams to drive the entire product process from idea to decommission, contributing to user research, wireframing, user journey mapping, and turning insights into easy-to-use solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, building and designing the product, and improving upon it.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a relevant master’s degree in user experience or a related field, strong experience with UX methodologies, proficiency in interface design and design systems, experience with prototyping tools like Figma, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile project teams. They should also have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and be able to navigate in a large organization.
