Job Description
We’re seeking a passionate Associate Social Media Manager to help develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, enhance marketing efforts, and drive engagement on various platforms. This role involves collaborating with the social media team to brainstorm content and messaging that will enhance our clients’ online presence. Responsibilities include strategizing, ideating, editing, copywriting, and more. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and stay updated on social media trends.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) - Strong writing and copy editing skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus - Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Agency experience is preferred
Other Information
- Position is temporary for 2-6 months - Salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 DOE - Benefits include 401(k) plan, access to Production Studio in San Diego, CA, earned sick leave, and full benefits package after 90 days
