Job Description

As a technical professional for our tech company, you will be responsible for flex-role positions focusing on Web Design and Digital Media. This role may also involve hardware repair, IT support, or security/AV tasks as required. You will handle on-call and project-based work in and around San Francisco, setting your own schedules as a 1099 contractor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Solving support requests on-site and remotely
• Researching and developing new services
• Managing projects for customers and vendors
• Answering phones and emails

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• Ability to work independently or in a team under minimal supervision
• Manage complex projects and set budgetary goals
• Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Other Information

• Expected hours: 6 – 50 per week
• Compensation: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour, 1099 contract with potential for performance bonus and profit sharing
• Experience level: 3-11+ years applicable experience
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Francisco, CA 94107
