Job Description

Job Title: Senior Creative Designer - Beauty and Fashion

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and execute brand visuals across print and digital platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts aligned with project briefs.
• Lead photo shoots, including model casting, styling, and art direction.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends to innovate and elevate brand visuals.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in creative development within beauty/fashion.
• Proven track record in model and product photo shoots, including all aspects of production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong conceptual thinking and design skills demonstrated in portfolio.
• Experience with print production and photo retouching.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Flash and HTML.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving brand identity and creative direction.
• Passion for staying ahead of design and industry trends.

Additional Information

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
