Job Description

Join Leicestershire’s first integrative medical and wellness clinic as a Social Media Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer. The Health Suite offers a unique opportunity for a confident, highly motivated, commercially minded individual to support our growth plans. Located on the east side of Leicester, our newly refurbished clinic prioritizes providing the highest quality of care and customer service. We seek an individual who will promote our ethos and brand identity through social media and graphic design. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, contribute videography and photography skills, and analyze patient needs to drive business growth.

Requirements

- Proven track record of producing social media content with videography and photography skills.

- Ability to strategize and realize workflows effectively.

- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of online marketing platforms, particularly social media.

- Experience in multi-channel brand planning and managing digital platforms.

- Passion for writing and editing content with strong attention to detail.

- Good working knowledge of graphic design and videography.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

- Exceptional organization and planning skills.

- Minimum 2 years of social media content creation experience, preferably in the private medical healthcare or aesthetics industry.

Additional Information

This role offers the chance to take the business through its next growth phase, providing opportunities for autonomy and leadership in social media. It is a part-time position (12 – 22 hours per week) with an hourly rate starting from £13.50, negotiable based on experience.
