Job Description

The role in the Operations/Client Services Department plays a critical role in managing account processes from brief to delivery, ensuring quality and profitability. The Senior Project Manager will own the project brief, demonstrate a thorough understanding of the creative production process for various media, and serve as the central communication point within projects in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of project management or production experience in an agency or similar environment.
• Solid understanding of production and creative development processes, content production, technology, quality assurance testing, and marketing methodologies.
• Experience managing multichannel campaigns.
• Proficient in JIRA and familiar with project management tools such as FIDO, Workfront, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, proactive, and a natural collaborator.
• Ability to manage small projects or components of complex projects, delivering on time and on budget.
