Job Description
The Senior Post Producer will help lead the creation and production of media content for T-Mobileās internal & external communications needs. This role demands a talented storyteller and communicator who is team-oriented and passionate about the production process. Responsibilities include monitoring post-production processes, performing management activities like budgeting, scheduling, planning, and content creation, as well as conducting meetings to track production progress. The Senior Post Producer will also collaborate with internal partners and external clients to ensure timely production of creative materials.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Media Production, Marketing, Advertising, Video, or Design-related field.
- 8+ years of creative production experience with agency, studio, production company, or in-house teams.
- Excellent client and project management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented and highly detail-oriented.
- Working knowledge of all aspects of video production including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Flexibility with constant changes to project details.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in Egnyte, Teams, PowerPoint, Workfront, and Excel.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to track high volumes of detailed notes and changes at a fast pace.
- At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience managing daily production-related activities, including budget, scripts, crew hires, editing, deliverables, and quality control.
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to provide innovative creative ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
Additional Information
This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX. It is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week in office. The company offers a competitive salary range of $75,300 - $135,800 and a corporate bonus target of 15%.
