Role: Lead UX Designer (Only W2)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Requirements

Top Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in visual design and user experience.
• Must have a well-rounded background in E-Commerce.
• Deep experience within the ecommerce domain is required (high transaction experience and heavy interaction design).
• Strong visual design experience, with a focus on attraction design and interactive design, to provide a bigger vision of interactive design for the website.
• Experience with Figma (used for design and prototyping).
• Comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices, and processes, with a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business.
• Creative and testing mindset, considering different approaches to find the best solution.
• Flexibility in approach and comfort presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders.
• Proactive with a high level of engagement.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong fundamentals in information and interaction design, and fundamentals of UX (preferably from a relevant degree).
• Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize input from multiple groups.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
• Understanding of stakeholder needs and vision for design.
• Ability to be influential and negotiate the vision.
• B.S./B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields.
