Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Web Designer & Developer to join our team and create outstanding user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean, sophisticated web design and possess the technical skills to implement those designs using headless solutions. Proficiency in WebFlow and Figma is essential, along with the ability to custom code.

Responsibilities

• Lead all visual design stages from concept through to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize and design original website ideas that simplify complex user journeys and enhance user-friendliness.
• Interpret wireframes and design briefs from our in-house graphic designers and develop them into fully functional web designs.
• Present and advocate for design concepts and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across projects.
• Develop and implement high-quality, responsive websites using WebFlow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Utilize headless CMS solutions to build flexible and scalable web applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with branding and campaign goals.
• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a web designer & developer with a compelling portfolio showcasing web design and development projects.
• Experience in WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong proficiency in WebFlow and Figma.
• Ability to custom code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in headless solutions.
• Ability to interpret wireframes and design briefs and develop them into functional web designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
