Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Videographer/Video Editor who wants to make a difference through their work. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a talented team of creative professionals and developing their skills alongside experienced members. The role requires flexibility and the willingness to travel for assignments, sometimes at short notice, to clients nationwide. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with working occasional evenings and overnight stays. Most importantly, we seek someone who believes in the transformative power of education and wants to help make a real, positive impact on lives across the UK.

Requirements
The key responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality inventive video content for a range of clients.
- Creating brief-specific, creative video edits, demonstrating further knowledge of post-production elements such as sound design, motion graphics, and colour grading.
- Collaborating with other media team members on multi-person shoots and working with editors to hand over specific projects.
- Delivering content that meets client briefs while demonstrating impact and results as part of wider marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with the wider team and other departments within the agency, including design, animation, copy, and digital.
- Demonstrating effective time management and the ability to manage multiple projects within your schedule.
- Traveling by car (with a fuel allowance) or train (public transport costs are covered) to clients nationwide.
- Working flexibly with a mix of on-location shoots, remote working from home, and in-office working (Wakefield).
- Maintaining a positive attitude throughout Engaging Education, offering support and guidance to team members.
