Job Description

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our expanding Brand team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop outstanding customer-first creative assets that meet business needs with a strong digital focus. The Graphic Designer will help bring campaigns to life through digital and print media across various customer journey touchpoints aligned with our corporate goals and objectives. The role allows for a hybrid work model, requiring the designer to be in the office 25% of the time for collaboration, celebration, and connection.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience

• A degree/diploma in Graphic Design or related field

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

• Familiarity with Google Suite and Asana is an asset

Responsibilities

• Produce cutting-edge marketing assets based on agreed concepts leveraging best design practices

• Collaborate with the creative team and brand marketing teams to execute production files based on creative briefs

• Complete assigned tickets for Franchise Partners and Internal Junktion requests within service level agreements

• Communicate with internal requestors when needed

• Ensure compliance with brand standards

• Monitor Franchise Partner and marketing compliance, addressing issues with the Manager, Graphic Design

• Use Asana for tracking and responding to open projects and tickets

• Create templates for replicable work

• Present clear rationale for design choices

• Apply feedback from the manager and stakeholders

• Maintain a well-organized library of assets

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $54,000 - $65,000 per annum (actual salary based on education, experience, and internal parity)
