Job Description

We are seeking a talented, organized individual with strong leadership skills to join our team as an Art Director. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various campaign shoots and UGC (User-Generated Content) shoots for clients across different industries, from fashion to hospitality and much more! The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in content creation and photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Shoots:

• Organize and manage campaign shoots from start to finish.
• Create detailed mood boards to capture the creative vision.
• Find and book suitable locations for shoots.
• Source models and conduct model castings.
• Collaborate with stylists on outfit selections, conduct fittings, or fully handle the styling for shoots.
• Manage styling pickups and returns.
• Handle negotiations and budgeting for shoots.
• Develop in-depth shoot decks, including schedules, shot lists, storyboards etc.
• Provide on-set direction to photographer, videographer and model to ensure the creative vision is achieved.
• Assist with on-set content creation and styling.
• Select images and edit videos post-shoot.

UGC Content Shoots:

• Organize UGC content shoots with a clear creative direction based on marketing strategies.
• Create shoot decks with shot lists for both images and videos for all different social media platforms.
• Source models, locations, etc.

Content Creation:

• Develop and create content for social media platforms.
• Conduct photography and videography for UGC content creation.
• Edit videos specifically for TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation or art direction.
• Proven experience in organizing and managing photoshoots.
• Excellent negotiation and budgeting skills.
• Strong leadership skills for on-set direction.
• Strong content creation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
